• Represented the Uganda Electricity Board and successor companies in High Court and appellate proceedings relating to the pension settlement of 1,500 employees following the unbundling of the sector;
• Represented Uganda’s leading university (Makerere University) on several high-profile matters regarding employee disciplinary procedures, interim orders and the legality of termination.
• Advising and representing a leading international organisation on human resource policies, termination procedures and dispute resolution mechanisms.
