He is a commercial disputes practitioner with vast experience and strategy for years in the Banking, Finance and Energy, Employment, and Real Estate Sectors.

Pope is an astute litigation practitioner and has been involved in several ground breaking litigation in the Land, Banking and Employment sectors. He is a Lead Counsel on a number of land transactions in Uganda especially in the Sugar Production Sub-Sector.
His practice also involves conduct of corporate due diligence, advising on country entry strategy, corporate governance and restructuring. Pope has advised, transacted and offered consultancy in specialized movement of labor and employment regulations.
Pope has vast experience in structuring of Joint Venture Transactions that require local content relationships for big value undertakings.
Pope is a Partner and Team member of the Litigation and Employment Department.
Pope has been with the Firm for more than Twenty (20) years having joined the Firm right away after attaining his Diploma in Legal Practice at the Law Development Center.
