Our Mission is to propel deaf and hard of hearing youth to the forefront as leaders of change capable of transforming societies and facilitating access to all life opportunities.

Our Vision is to work towards the advancement of deaf and hard of hearing people in enabling and barrier-free environments that respect, appreciate and recognise individual potentials. We envision communities where the deaf experience social and economic justice as they endeavour to achieve self-reliance in the pursuit of leading meaningful, sustainable and dignified lives

Communication policy
Deaf Link Uganda recognises Deaf people as a cultural and linguistic minority with a shared history, culture and language of their own. Ugandan Sign Language is therefore used as the main medium of communication and instruction
